Returns & Exchange Policy


No refunds and amendments are allowed once the order is processed and/or shipped.


If the goods received are in an unsatisfactory condition. Do not hesitate to contact Toddley Thoughts immediately. Please provide us with your (1) Order Number, (2) Product Code, (3) Name and (4) Defect. Toddley Thoughts will access your eligibility for a one to one exchange. Decision made after the assessment will be final and non-disputable. Defect Piece to be mailed back and received by our department team within 10 working days from date of receiving. 


No exchange is allowed for Pre-Order items. Toddley Thoughts will not be responsible for incorrect measurements made by customers once the order is processed and/or shipped. Customers are strongly advised to enquire through email to our friendly staff if they are uncertain of the measurements.

Measurements stated on the websites may vary between 1 to 3 centimetres. It is not considered a defect and no exchange will be allowed. Color deviation : +/- 15% There might be color differences between Romper/Kid-Tshirts and adult tees

In any cases that exchange is allowed, postage will be fully beared by the buyer.


Local Delivery Lead Time

Toddley Thoughts strives to deliver our products in the shortest time possible. However, there is a delivery lead time of 2 to 4 weeks(local) & 6 to 8 weeks(oversea) depending on designs. In an unlikely situation where a order is OOS, Toddley Thoughts will inform our customers promptly, and will not be held responsible in delivering the items within the stipulated lead time. All the above subjected to unforeseen situation


Discount Code/Voucher Offset

Discount Code/Voucher offset is not to be used in conjunction with other on-going promotion. Only valid for regular items.




The Buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling cost. The Buyer is responsible to provide us with the correct mailing address during the order. Toddley Thoughts will not be responsible for delays in delivery, loss and/or damage of the orders once the items have been posted out via Singpost.


There are two options of mail provided by Singpost:


Normal Mail: No tracking number will be provided.


Registered Mail (Recommended): Tracking number will be provided. In an event of unsuccessful delivery, the items will be returned to Toddley Thoughts.

Custom Order:

In any cases that the team is not able to fulfil the requirement or after different drafts provided, a full refund will be activated .
